Photo Guard simplifies administration of your photos and videos by combining view, organize, protect, and basic edit features into a single App. You will also find unique features pioneered by Pixie Reef not found on many other Apps e.g. Fish Bowl View, 4-point touch, Photo Comparison, Delete Guard, etc. Lastly, we offer a comprehensive online tutorial and various technical support materials to help you with using this App.
* Will my photos and video be uploaded or stored online?
No. Photo Guard only store files locally on your device or SD card. As a good practice, back up your files regularly so you don't lose them if your device is lost or stolen. Visit our website for more instructions.
* Can I still share photos and videos?
Yes. Photo Guard has a share option that allows you to pick another App to share photos e.g. by email, SMS, etc.
* Will Pixie Reef sell my photos and videos?
No. Pixie Reef doesn't have access to your photos and videos. We also treat privacy seriously. See our privacy policy and end user license agreement on our website for more details.
* I already have Fish Bowl Photo Gallery, can I upgrade to Photo Guard?
Yes. They are 100% compatible. All your data and photos will remain intact. If you have previously enabled the "Use Removable Storage" setting, it is necessary to turn on the same setting in Photo Guard.
* I lost my password. How do I recover it?
Go to Menu > Locker to recover your password. You need to answer a security question that you created before. If you don't remember both your password and answer to the security question, you won't be able to access the Locker anymore.
* Will I lose any photos/videos if I switch to a new device?
Not if you copy them to your new device first. Follow instructions in the support section of our website. If your all your photos and data files are on the SD card. You may need to turn on the "Use Removable Storage" option to instruct Photo Guard to read files from the SD card. See Menu > Help for more details about this option.
* Why does Multi touch stopped working or has never worked?
Ensure that your device has Internet access and restart Photo Guard to re-validate your Google Play license.
